Welcome to the Startex-Jackson-Wellford-Duncan Water District website, and thank you for allowing us to serve you. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality water and excellent customer service.

We understand the importance of keeping you informed about the services we offer and our operations. This website is designed as a reference tool to give you background on SJWD, its services, recreational opportunities at our lakes, water conservation tips, and bill payment information. We value you as a customer and encourage you to contact our office at any time.

Beginning in January, access stickers will be sold at our main office located on Hwy. 29 in Wellford. Please come to our Customer Service Department between the hours 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. You DO NOT need to bring your boat. If you obtained a permit and sticker in 2012, please bring your paperwork with you to help us serve you faster. Our goal is to offer better customer service and make it easier to obtain the required permit.
